The Royal Horse Guards charged with the Household Cavalry Brigade at the same time as the Union Brigade at Waterloo. The Blues attacked the French infantry which were advancing towards the British centre at La Haye Saint. The sculpture depicts a trooper of the Royal Horse Guards at full gallop. This statuette makes a lovely retirement presentation or farewell gift to serving and ex members of the Regiment of The Blues and Royals.
